Supplement Guidelines
How to take your bundle, what to expect in the first few weeks, and how to adjust if you need to.
Take your supplements before meals
Take them with a full glass of water before eating. If you skip a meal, take them with an additional cup of water.
Expect more frequent bowel movements
This is a normal part of the body's cleansing process. Most people adjust within 4 to 8 weeks.
If it feels excessive, reduce the dose of any cleanse formula listed below. For example, if you are taking two capsules twice daily, drop to one capsule twice daily.
If bowel movements become difficult
Bloating, cramps, or constipation can occur as the body works to eliminate toxins from the system.
Increase the dose of any cleanse formula listed below until things move comfortably again.
Keep medications separate
Do not take medications at the same time as your supplements. Space them at least two hours apart, or take your supplements in the middle of your meal to prevent interactions. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have questions.
Add sea salt water once a day
Once per day after a meal, take a quarter teaspoon of unprocessed sea salt in half a cup of water. This supports the production of hydrochloric acid and digestive enzymes, improving digestion and reducing bloating, cramps, gas, and indigestion.
Drink at least 4 cups of water a day
Adequate hydration supports toxin elimination and healthy bowel function. Ideally, aim for roughly half your body weight in ounces of water daily.
