Refund policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Herb Dock purchase for any reason, we will make it right.

1. 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer full refunds on any order within 30 days of the delivery date, no questions asked. This applies to both opened and unopened products.

To request a refund, you have two options:

Option 1 — Self-Service (Recommended)

Log in to your account at herbdock.com, navigate to your order, and submit a return request directly. We'll review and process your refund within 5–10 business days of approval.

Option 2 — Contact Us

Email us at support@herbdock.com with your order number. Include the reason for your request if you'd like (optional but appreciated). We'll usually respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund details:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • You are not required to return the product to receive a refund, though we may request that you do so in certain circumstances

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us at support@herbdock.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if we determine our policy is being abused. We reserve the right to limit refunds to one per customer per product line in cases of suspected misuse. Processing and response times may vary depending on the circumstances and are not guaranteed.
