How do I use the Eye Scan?

What is Eye Scan and is it a diagnostic tool?
Although not a diagnostic tool, the Herb Dock Eye Scan draws on principles from the science and art of iridology to help identify patterns of toxins, stress, and potential imbalances in the body. These insights are then used to guide selection of one of our six unique herbal blend packs, designed to better support individual wellness needs.
What is Iridology?
Iridology is a global practice, documented across cultures for hundreds of years and popularized in the modern era by Dr. Bernard Jensen. The iris maps every system in the human body — and remarkably, charts developed independently around the world arrive at the same conclusions, a testament to how deeply this practice is rooted in observable patterns. Iridology is not a diagnostic tool. It works by identifying toxicity and stress patterns — imbalances that, left unaddressed, can develop into chronic conditions over time. It's a powerful lens for understanding what your body is communicating before problems take hold.
Is my eye scan image stored or shared?
Your eye scan image is stored securely and is not linked to your personal identity. We use de-identified images to improve our AI model. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do I need to create an account to use Eye Scan?
Yes. You'll need to be logged into a Shop account before completing your Eye Scan. If you don't have one yet, creating one is free and only takes a moment. Once logged in, you'll be guided through a quick consent process before your scan begins, then your personalized bundle recommendations will be saved to your account.

Are your supplements third-party tested?
Yes. All Herb Dock supplements are tested in accordance with FDA dietary supplement regulations. Every product is tested for heavy metals, mold, bacteria, and potency before it ever reaches you. We hold our manufacturing partners to strict quality standards so you can feel confident in what you're putting in your body.
Are the supplements vegan and gluten-free?
Yes! All Herb Dock supplements are 100% vegan, using only vegetable based capsules. Our formulas are crafted entirely from plant-based ingredients with no animal products, no gluten-containing grains, and no artificial additives.
How can I maximize results using my specialized bundle pack?
Detailed instructions on how to maximize your program are shared with you after running an Eye Scan. This page also will be saved to you account and found in Previous Scans. From there select "View Recommendations".

What is your shipping policy?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations need to be requested as soon as possible. Contact us at support@herbdock.com right away and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Account & Privacy
What data do you collect from the Eye Scan?
When you complete an eye scan, we capture your iris image solely for the purpose of generating your personalized bundle recommendations. If you consent to AI training during the scan process, your de-identified image may be retained to help improve our recommendations over time. If you do not consent, your image is deleted as soon as your results are generated. We never attach any personally identifiable information to your scan image. Is my personal data private?
Yes. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising purposes. Your eye scan is never linked to your identity, and any data collected during the scan process is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. How do I delete my account?
Since your account is managed through Shopify, you'll need to request account deletion directly through Shopify's platform. If you'd also like us to delete any scan data or personal information we hold on our end, reach out to us at support@herbdock.com and we'll take care of that promptly.
