We aim to get your Herb Dock order processed and on its way as quickly as possible. Please review the information below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping availability.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are in addition to the processing time above. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier at checkout and are not guaranteed. Herb Dock is not responsible for carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

4. Where We Ship

Herb Dock ships from the United States to addresses within the USA and select international destinations. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.

You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders. Herb Dock is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@herbdock.com within 7 days. We will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
