It's been used traditionally for its role in supporting digestive comfort and the mucosal lining that protects the gut wall itself. Hawthorn berry has been traditionally used to support circulatory wellness and as a digestive botanical, and red clover, long used in traditional herbal practice to support hormonal balance, rounds out the formula alongside kelp. A Tradition of Cleansing, Across Cultures
The herbs in Release didn't come from a lab. Psyllium husk has been harvested from the plains of India and the Mediterranean basin for centuries, prized as one of the oldest dietary fiber sources in both Ayurvedic practice and traditional European herbalism.
