How It Works
Dulse is a red seaweed that coastal communities have harvested and eaten for over a thousand years, dried, chewed as-is, folded into bread, steeped in broth. Cat's claw is the vine that winds up through the Amazonian canopy, named for the curved thorns that anchor it to the trees.
